Basic Groom

Our basic groom includes:

• Bath: We use a dog / cat specific mild, ph balanced shampoo designed for frequent use

• Rinse: The importance of rinsing cannot be over emphasised.

• Dip: We don’t believe in cutting corners or costs, the dip we use is certified for use on dogs.   

• Dry: We hand dry all pets with a dryer.  We do not cage dry any dogs in our care nor do we practice the “drip dry” of large dogs outside.  

• Brush: All pets are given a thorough brush to remove any knots, dead and loose hair. 

• Ears: All pets ears are cleaned and where indicated for certain dog breeds the ears are plucked.

• Nails: All cats and dogs have their nails trimmed, never forgetting that dew claw.

 

Other Services

Clipping and Stripping is done in consultation with the owner.  Where ever possible we accommodate the owner’s requirements.

 

 

Collection & Delivery: 

We offer a Collection & Delivery service at a nominal charge within our surrounding area between Tuesday & Friday.
